Iva Jewel Elkins (nee Anderson), age 90 of Hammond, IN formerly of Petersburg, IN passed away Thursday, June 8, 2017 at home.  She is survived by 3 children: Paul D. Dorsey, Robert William (Wilma) Dorsey and Carmen (Thomas) Athens; 4 grandchildren: Robert, Jr. (Marianne) Dorsey, Michael Shannon (Lisa) Dorsey, Tiffany Packard and Krystal Packard; 2 great granddaughters, Elise and Leah Dorsey; nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by her husbands, Delmar Dorsey, Fredrick A. Packard and Theodore L. Elkins; son, Steven F. Packard.

Graveside Services and Burial will be held Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. (11:00 am Central Time) at Anderson Chapel Cemetery in Petersburg, IN, under the direction of Harris & Sons Funeral Home, 705 Walnut Street, Petersburg, IN, tel: (812) 354-8844
