Jesus Diaz Medina, age 84 of Hammond, IN passed away Saturday, December 2, 2017.  He is survived by 7 children: Luis Diaz, Aida Nazario, Rodolfo Castanon, Jr., George Diaz, Jesus Diaz, Jr., Felipe Diaz and Julio Diaz; grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings: Efrain, Jose Luis and Petra; nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by his wife, Josefina Diaz in 2011.

A Memorial Gathering will be held Wednesday, December 6, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN.
