Jimmy L. Miller, age 54 of Hammond, IN passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2017.  He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Dixie A. Miller; daughter, Katie Miller; 2 grandchildren; parents, George and Lola Miller; brother, George (Lisa) Miller; sister in-law, Linda (late Bill) Miller; numerous nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by his brother, Bill Miller.

Visitation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN will be from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday, September 29, 2017.

Jimmy was a former employee at Lansing Metalizing in Hammond, IN. He was a loving care giver for his late mother in-law, Anne B.
