Jose Eloy Diaz Correa “Eloy”, age 38 of East Chicago, IN passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017.  He is survived by his mother, Norma Correa; father, Antonio Morales; maternal grandmother, Celestina Montanez; mother of his children, Christine Ramirez; 4 children: Jose Diaz, Kailyn Diaz, Joshua Diaz and Elijah Diaz; 2 brothers, Pedro Carrion and Omar Carrion; sister, Amanda Perez;  step sister, Teresita Morales.

Visitation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN will be from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, October 10, 2017.
