Joseph “Joe” Slupski, age 90 of East Chicago, IN passed away Monday, October 17, 2016.  He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Anita M. Slupski; 5 children: Joseph (Tisa) Slupski, Stanley Slupski, Filomena (Jose) Rivera, Jerome Slupski and Joyce (Kip) Eley; 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.  Preceded in death by daughter, Christine Slupski.

Visitation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN will be from 2:00 to 6:00 pm on Friday, October 21, 2016.  Cremation to follow.  Msgr. John Siekierski  will hold services 4.00pm Friday and  The American Legion Post #369 will post colors 5:30 pm Friday.
