Josephine Morales (nee Aguirre), age 90 of East Chicago, IN passed away Thursday, December 22, 2016 at home.  She is survived by 4 children: Blanche Morales, Arthur (Cassie) Morales, Jr., Nancy (Daniel) Krodel and Joseph Morales; 6 grandchildren: Jeffrey, Jennifer “Gigi” (Matt) Kluemper, A.J., Bianca, Cassandra and Michael; 2 great grandchildren, Reece and Leighton Kluemper; sister, Stella (late Irineo) Gonzalez; brothers, Ben and Richard Aguirre; special niece, Kathy Pierce; numerous nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by her husband, Arthur in 1999 and son, Richard in 2009.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 10:00 am at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN with Deacon Ray Helfen officiating.  Burial to follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Hammond, IN.  Visitation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME will be from 3:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday, December 30, 2016.
