Rosa Maria (Zamora) Garza

Rosa Maria Garza, age 47 of East Chicago, IN passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by 2 daughters, Andrea Garza and Christian Garza; 2 grandchildren, Joseph Garza and Mia Garza; parents, Margarita (nee Godinez) Zamora and Jesus J. Zamora; siblings: Marisela Zamora, Sandra Zamora, Jorge L. (Adriana) Zamora and Angelina Zamora; numerous nieces and nephews. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 10:00 am at St. Mary Church, corner of Indianapolis Blvd. and 144th Street, East Chicago, IN with Rev. Frank Torres officiating.  Burial to follow at Ridgelawn Cemetery, Gary, IN.  Visitation at FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN will be from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 and from 9:30 am until time of Mass at the Church on Wednesday morning.
