Alicia Karina Casares, age 15, of East Chicago, IN passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017.  Alicia is survived by her mother, Patty Zuniga; three sisters:  Angelica, Natalie, and Naomi; brother, Salvador, III; maternal grandparents:  Enrique and Maria Zuniga; aunts:  Elena Zuniga and Lupita Zuniga; uncle, Daniel Zuniga; numerous other aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins; and “fur-babies” Milo and Rose.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 beginning at 9:00 am from FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN proceeding to St. Francis De Sales Church, 10201 S. Ewing Ave., Chicago, IL for a 10:30 am Mass of Christian Burial with Rev. Stephen Gibson officiating.  Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN.
