Anibal T. “Eddie” Nazario, age 76 of East Chicago, IN passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2017.  He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Julia (nee Rodriguez) Nazario; 2 daughters, Beatrice Nazario-Velasquez and Mary H. (Manuel) Mello; 3 grandchildren: Christopher John, Francisco III, Gabrielle; 5 great grandchildren: Xavier, Alex, Makynzye, Mia, and Christopher, Jr.;  siblings: Miriam (late Salvador) Rivera, Alice (Jose) Vazquez and Wilma (Angel) Delgado; numerous nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by parents, Simon and Justina Nazario; daughter, Norma Nazario.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 11:00 am at FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN with Pastor Moses Paez officiating.  Burial to follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Hammond, IN.  Visitation at FIFE FUNERAL HOME will be from 9:00 am until time of service Tuesday morning.
