Carlos H. Jimenez Lopez

Carlos H. Jimenez Lopez, age 60 of Hickory Hills, IL passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at home.  He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Paulina Jimenez; 3 children: Carlos (Xochitl) Jimenez, late infant Rocio Jimenez, Livia (Eder) Perez, and Karla (Alan) Rodriguez; 7 grandchildren: Carlos, Isabella, Leonardo, Miguel, Liam, Samuel and Emilia; mother, Micaela Jimenez; siblings: Petra, Guillermo, late Andres, late Ramon, Juan, Noemi, Gina, Tomas, Maricela and late Jesus; numerous nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by his father, Tomas Jimenez.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 4:00 pm at St. Mary’s Church, corner of Indianapolis Blvd. & 144th Street, East Chicago, IN with Rev. Nestor Varon officiating.  Private cremation to follow.  Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until time of the Mass at the Church on Wednesday.

Carlos was a great mucisian and teacher for many years.
