David M. Huss, age 55 of Calumet City, IL passed away, Friday, November 24, 2017 at home.  He is survived by his disabled sister, Cynthia Huss; uncles, Richard Huss and Keith ( late Gertrude) Davis; 3 cousins.  Preceded in death by his parents, Casimir and Lorraine (nee Warput) Huss; brother, Charles “Chucky” Huss; aunts, Gertrude and Mildred Warput and Mary Anne Huss.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Knock Church, 501 – 163rd Street, Calumet City, IL with Rev. Patrick M. Lyons officiating.  Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL.  Visitation will be from 9:00 am until time of Mass at the Church on Thursday morning.

David was a member of (I.B.E.W.) International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union.  He attended Our Lady of Knock School in Calumet City, IL and was a graduate of T. F. North High School where he played football and he loved the outdoors, fishing and biking.
