Eduardo “Lalo” “El Gordo” Casillas, age 50 of East Chicago, IN passed away Sunday, September 29, 2019 at home.  He is survived by his son, Anthony Politano; mother, Bacilia Navarro; sister, Ana Rosa Cardona; brother, Francisco Javier Casillas; several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 10:00 am at St. Mary’s Church, corner of Indianapolis Blvd. and 144th Street, East Chicago, IN with Rev. Nestor Varon officiating.  Burial to follow at St. John Cemetery, Hammond, IN.  Visitation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN will be from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 and from 9:30 am until time of Mass at the Church on Thursday morning.
