Ines Gomez Felix viuda de Coriano, age 91 of Bayamon, Puerto Rico, formerly of East Chicago, IN passed away Thursday, November 16, 2017.  She is survived by 6 children: Alexander (Estela) Coriano, Victor (Rhonda) Coriano, Aida (Hector Franco) Coriano, Nereida (Noel) Valle, Alberto (Ondina Garcia) Coriano and Eva (Victor Perez) Coriano; 16 grandchildren: Yolanda Coriano, Alexander III “Cory” (Yanitxa) Coriano and Jason (late Kristin) Coriano, Victoria Coriano and Veronica (Jarrod) Watson, Reinaldo “Tim” (Melanie) Santiago, Hector Luis (Paola) Franco and Araceli Franco, Vanessa (David) DeLeon and Noel (Brittney) Valle, Jr., Shamara (Edwin Valerio) Coriano, Jacqueline Coriano and Keily

Coriano, Victor Alejandro Perez, Daniel (Cathy) Perez and Carlos Perez; 12 great grandsons and 1 great granddaughter and 1 great grandson on the way in December; numerous nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by her husband, Alejandro Coriano in 1983; parents, Severo and Angela Gomez; 5 brothers and 4 sisters.

Funeral and Burial will be held in Bayamon, Puerto Rico on Friday, November 24, 2017.

Ines was born and raised in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico and then moved to East Chicago, Indiana from 1950 to 1972 where she was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.  She was a great cook and she loved music, dancing and singing.  Her favorite song was “En Mi Viejo San Juan”.  Ines favorite pass time was reading the newspaper and keeping up on current events and being with family.  To share a memory or send a permanent online condolence, logon to www.fifefuneralhome.com
