J. Laurentino Lozano Barrozo

J. Laurentino Lozano Barrozo, age 70, of East Chicago, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 29, 2019.  Laurentino is survived by 2 children: Maria de Jesus (Francisco Ortiz) Lozano and Laurentino (Magdalena Lopez) Lozano;  step daughter, Teresa Jimenez and her children, Edgar Tovar and Meriam Tovar;  grandchildren: Jaqueline Ortiz, Eduardo Ortiz, Angelique Ortiz, Guadalupe Lozano, Brian Lozano and Allan Lozano;  siblings: Artemio (Irma) Lozano, Roman Lozano, Ariel (Lorena) Lozano, Efrain (Petra)  Lozano, Froilan (Josefina) Lozano, Rebeca (Andres Palma) Lozano, Teresa Lozano, Adrian Lozano, Armando Lozano, Jesus (Zoila) Lozano and Hilario Lozano;  numerous nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 10:00 am at St. Mary Church, corner of Indianapolis Blvd. and 144th Street, East Chicago, IN with Rev. Eduardo Malagon officiating. Interment to follow at St. John Cemetery, Hammond, IN.  Visitation at FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday, Februay 1, 2019 and from 9:30 am until time of Mass at the Church on Saturday morning.
