Lori A. (Lescak) Kozlowski

Lori Kozlowski (nee Lescak), age 54 of Lakes of the Four Seasons, passed away Monday, March 5, 2018 at home.  She is survived by her husband, Geoff Kozlowski; son, Geoffrey Kozlowski; mother, Jean Lescak; siblings: Beth Lescak, Michael (Anna) Lescak and Marilu (J.) Rivich; numerous, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.  Preceded in death by her son, Michael Stephen Kozlowski and father, Michael Lescak.

A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, March 10, 2018 from 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN.  Very Rev. Basil Hutsko will hold services 1:30 pm Saturday.
