Reyes Montemayor, age 86 of East Chicago, IN passed away Monday, September 25, 2017.  He is survived by children: Ruben Montemayor, Ricardo Montemayor, Lydia Garza-Montemayor and Daniel Montemayor;  several grandchildren; sisters, Rosa Arredondo and Olivia Lopez-Montemayor; many nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by his wife, Linda Garcia; brothers, Gerardo and Alfredo Montemayor.

Visitation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN will be from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, September 28, 2017.  Msgr. John Siekierski will hold services 7:30 pm on Thursday.
