Sara (Lopez) Aceves

Sara Aceves, age 90 of Hammond, IN passed away Friday, May 18, 2018.  She is survived by 3 children: Dolores (David) Hernandez, Enrique (Maura) Aceves and Teresa (Jose) Almaraz; 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by her husband, Miguel Aceves Gutierrez in 2012.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 10:00 am at St. Mary Church, corner of Indianapolis Blvd. and 144th Street, East Chicago, IN with Rev. Nestor Varon officiating.  Burial to follow at St. John Cemetery, Hammond, IN.  Visitation at FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN will be from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, Mary 22, 2018 and from 9:30 am until time of Mass at the Church on Wednesday morning.
