Angel Gutierrez

Angel Gutierrez, age 28 of Whiting, IN passed away suddenly on Monday, June 23, 2025 at home.  Born on July 30, 1996 in Gary, IN, Angel was the beloved son of Juan Gutierrez and Ruth Fajardo.  From a young age, Angel brought light, laughter and love to those around him.  His kind heart, strong spirit, and vibrant personality left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. 

Angel is survived by his parents, Juan Gutierrez and Ruth Fajardo; siblings: Juan Pablo Gutierrez, Esteban Gutierrez, Elizabeth Gutierrez, Daniela Vaughn and Moises Fajardo.

Visitation and service to honor Angel’s life will be held at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Thursday, June 26, 2025.  Private cremation to follow.
