Antonia D. (Delgado) Aguilera

Antonia D. Aguilera, age 90 of East Chicago, IN passed away peacefully at the William J. Riley Memorial Residence, Munster, IN surrounded by loved ones on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.   She is survived by 6 children: Arthur (Brenda) Aguilera, Elena (late Robert Mario, Sr.) Zamora, Monica (Art) Vasquez, Irma (Jim) Renderman, Jorge (Amparo) Aguilera and Ernesto Aguilera; 10 grandchildren: Arthur Aguilera, Jr., Anthony Aguilera, late Robert Zamora, Jr., Michael Aaron Vasquez, Jessica Vasquez, Keith Renderman, Jeffery Aguilera, Steven Aguilera, Ben Aguilera and Ana Aguilera; 10 great grandchildren.

Private burial services will be held at St. John Cemetery, Hammond, IN with Rev. Terry Steffens officiating.

Antonia was born in Mexico City, Mexico on May 4, 1932 to the late Luis Delgado and Antonia Tufinio.  She married Arturo Aguilera (Alcala) who passed away in 2017 on October 11, 1953.  Antonia was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  To share an online condolence, logon to www.fifefuneralhome.com
