Consuelo "Connie" (Rodriguez) Camacho

Consuelo R. “Connie” Camacho, age 82 of East Chicago, IN passed away Sunday, February 20, 2022.  She is survived by 4 children: Jose Luis (Lupe) Camacho, Gerardo Camacho, Mario (Nancy) Camacho and Diana (Cort) Camacho; sisters, Linda (Onesimo) Herrera, Josefa “Josie” (Jesus) Martinez and Estelle “Stella” Garfias; 5 nieces and nephews; 17 grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Esperanza Rodriguez; husband, Jose “Eddie” Camacho; daughter, Monica; sister Alicia “Alice” Rodrigiuez.

Private cremation services were provided by FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN. There will be Mass of Intentions Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 4:00 pm (English) at St. Patrick’s Church, 3810 Grand Blvd., East Chicago, IN and on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at 10:00 (Spanish) at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 3510 Deodar Street, East Chicago, IN.

Connie was a former Medical Transcriber for Tri-City Mental Health and she was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, East Chicago.  In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated.
