Diana V. (Guardiola) Garcia

Diana V. Garcia (nee Guardiola), age 69 of Hammond, IN passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2023.  Diana is survived by her boyfriend of over 20 years, Robert Tumibalski;  3 children:  MaryAnn (Richard) Chabes, Jerry Garcia, and Robert Garcia; 7 grandchildren: Richard Chabes, Jr., Angelique (Jonathan) Villanueva, Joey Chabes, Vanessa (Christopher) Varelas, Robert Garcia, Jocelyn Garcia, and Airana Chabes; Garcia; 3 great grandchildren: Kristopher Chabes, Andrea Chabes and Sebastian Varelas; sister, Sylvia Guardiola; and many nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by her parents:  Jose and Bonifacia Guardiola; brothers:  Jerry Guardiola, Daniel Guardiola, and Johnny Guardiola; and grandparents:  Francisco and Antonia Lumbreras

Visiatation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, May 12, 2023. (Note: due to construction on Indianapolis Boulevard, please use Railroad, Tod or Olcott Avenues to 142nd Street)  Private cremation to follow.
