Edna Diaz

Edna Diaz, age 58 of East Chicago, IN passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2023.  She is survived by her son, Richard (Martha) Gonzalez; 4 grandchildren: Lexus, Elijah, Milo and Lilly; siblings: Jenny Diaz, Ivette Diaz, Evelyn Diaz, Liseida Diaz and Dialma “Dee Dee” (Arturo) Gonzalez; nieces and nephews: Simon, Diamond, Anthony, Jessenia and Jelah, Aramis, Julio and Juliette.   Preceded in death by her mother, Aida Diaz; father, Gilbert Diaz.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 10:00 am at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN with Pastor Donald Ramirez officiating.  Burial to follow at St. John Cemetery, Hammond, IN.  Visitation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, December 1, 2023.
