Edward M. Kresich

Edward M. Kresich, age 93, formerly of East Chicago, IN passed away Thursday, December 26, 2024 at home.  He is survived by his son, Frank (Nati) Kresich; brother, Frank Kresich; 7 grandchildren: Ashley, Arielle, Eric, Keri, Frankie, Grace and William; many nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by his wife, Jean; children: Ed and Kim; parents, Stanley and Dorothy Kresich; brothers, John and Lou Kresich.

Private cremation services were provided by FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN.

Ed was a longtime resident of East Chicago, IN and a parishioner of Holy Trinity Croatian Church, East Chicago.  Ed was a retired Fireman and Fire Chief of the East Chicago Fire Department.  He was a proud Korean War U.S. Air Force Veteran and a longtime member of the American Legion Allied Post #369.
