Eloisa Soto

Eloisa Soto, age 97 of East Chicago, IN passed away Saturday, October 7, 2023. She is survived by 6 children: Maria E. Santos, John Allan Santos, Dale A. (Mildred) Santos, Arthur Santos, Anthony (Becky) Santos and Carmen (late Walter) Santos; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Paula Vasquez; husband, Ricardo Soto; sister, Concepcion; brother, Arthur, Jr.; 1st born son, Santos C. (late Lupe) Santos; children; Candelario (late Antonia), Edward P., Linda (Jerry) Marko, Jose Maria and Ernesto Santos.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 10:00 am at St. Stanislaus Church, 808 West 150th Street, East Chicago, IN with Msgr. John Siekierski officiating.  Burial to follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Hammond, IN.  Visiatation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, October 16, 2023 and from 9:30 am to 10:00 am at the Church on Tuesday morning.
