Fausto Cisneros, Sr.

Fausto Cisneros Sr, 88, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. 

He is survived by his wife of 57 years-- Delfina Cisneros & his children: Fausto Jr (Rosalinda Christal) Cisneros; Yesenia Cisneros (Nunez)/Jesus Núñez; Jessica Cisneros (Gallardo)/Jorge Gallardo. His grandchildren:Magdalena D. Cisneros (Montalvo)/Josiah Montalvo; Fausto F. Cisneros III; Sgt. Adrian S. (Linda) Cisneros, Aracely A.Cisneros (Luna)/Antonio Luna; Talina M. Cisneros; Rosalinda L. Cisneros, Christopher V. Gallardo, Joshua A. Gallardo, Ignacio Gallardo. And also survived by his last sibling: Arturo Cisneros.

Preceded in death by his parents: Father- Rafael Cisneros, Mother- Anselma Flores Cisneros. Siblings in order of passing: Sister- Socorro Cisneros; Brothers- Gonzalo Cisneros & Eloy Cisneros & Sister- Hermila Cisneros 

Fausto Sr born & grew up in Tezoatlan de Segura y Luna, Oaxaca, México. At a young age he joined the Mexican military then came to the US to work as a field worker for a few years then later he started to work at   previously known as "Inland Steel" for 30 years. He was a proud member of the United Steel Workers. He was a hard working man who aspired to provide a great life for his wife & kids. He loved spending time with friends but his biggest love was spending time with his family. He feared God as much as he believed in him. But I can't leave out that Fausto was a good husband & provider & especially an Awesome Father, Brother in law,  Uncle, Grandfather & Father in law.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 2, 2025 at 9:00 am at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN with Pastor Johnny Bonilla officiating.  Burial to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN.  Visitation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, May 1, 2025 and from 8:00 am to 9:00 am on Friday morning.  To share an online condolence, logon to www.fifefuneralhome.com
