Francisca "Paquita" Vasquez

Francisca "Paquita" Vasquez, age 95 of Hammond, IN formerly of East Chicago, IN passed away Thursday, December 29, 2022 at home.  She is survived by 6 children: Virginia (Luis) Vega, Elva (Rick) Thomas, Nancy (Fred) Vasquez, Jose Delgado, Wanda Rodriguez and Jesus Vasquez; 15 grandchildren, 18 great grand children and 7 great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by her husband, Clemente (1985).

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 5, 2023 at 10:00 am at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN with Rev. Diego Florez officiating.  Burial to follow at Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville, IN.  Visitation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME will be from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 and from 9:00 am to 10:00 am Thursday morning.
