Homer Chapa

Homer Chapa, age 82 of East Chicago, IN passed away Thursday, September 4, 2025.  His is survived by his wife, Margie Rubalcava; Father of 3 children: Homer “Paul” (Libby Collazo) Chapa, Margaret Chapa and late Brandon Neal Chapa; grandson, Alejandro Jose Rodriguez; step sons: Victor, Peter and Joey; siblings: late Minerva, late Cesar, late Sulema, late Richard, Robert “Bobby”, and Cynthia; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended grandchildren.

Visitation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd, East Chicago, IN will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.  Rev. Diego Florez will hold services at 4:00 pm on Wednesday.  Private cremation to follow.
