Jesus Manuel Lugo

Jesus Manuel “Chucho” Lugo, age 38 of East Chicago, Indiana passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at home.  Jesus is survived his father, Iran Lugo; sister, Carmen Lugo; nieces:  Nayelie Gutierrez and Melanie Gutierrez; nephew, Martin Gutierrez; great niece, Jayleen Gutierrez and great nephew, Adriel Gutierrez.  Preceded in death by mother, Maria Luisa Ramos Torres; and sister, Juanita Vega.

Visitation will be on Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, Indiana. (NOTE: due to construction on Indianapolis Boulevard, please use Railroad, Tod or Olcott Avenues to 142nd Street)  Private cremation will follow.

Jesus was a child at heart; he really enjoyed music, movies, cars, games and video games.  He was a big fan of the WWE and NASCAR. Jesus enjoyed his life and was comfortable at his home.  Sometimes he would like to sing – he enjoyed life.  Jesus will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
