John R. Lochivski, age 74 of Hammond, IN passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2022. He is survived by his sister, Nancy Lochivski; aunt, Ellen Blaskovich; special niece and nephew, Madison Nauracy and Nick Nauracy; pet dog, “Amigo”. Prededed in death parents, John and Mary (Medvecz) Lochivski; sister, Donna Marie Lochivski.

Private cremation services were provided by FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN.
