Maria Natividad Cordoba Gonzalez, age 94 of Blue Island, IL passed away Monday, September 14, 2026.  (Complete obituary to follow soon).

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, September 26, 2026 at 11:00 am at St. Mary Church, corner of Indianapolis Blvd. and 144th Street, East Chicago, IN with Rev. Jan Krutkiewicz officiating. Burial will be held in Tziritzicuaro, Michoacan, Mexico.  Visitation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, September 25, 2026 and from 10:30 am to 11:00 am at the Church on Saturday morning.
