Martha Elva Eulloqui
June 10, 1948 - June 30, 2025
With deep sorrow and endless love, we announce the passing of Martha Elva Eulloqui, born in Saltillo Coahuila, who departed this life on June 30, 2025, at the age of 77. Retired employed from the School City of East Chicago, Indiana, and a member of OLG Church. A lifelong resident of East Chicago, Indiana, Martha was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose presence brought light and love to all who knew her.
She was the beloved wife of Rodolfo M. Eulloqui (La Peluca) with whom she shared a lifetime of memories and devotion. Together, they raised a beautiful family, and her legacy continues through her children: Diana Balandran, Nora H. Vera (Ladislao Vera Sr.), Ericka Eulloqui, and Pet Vicious Eulloqui (wahwah).
Martha was a proud and loving grandmother to Martha E. Balandran (Ray Ortega), Jaime E. Salas (Cindy Serrano), Julian F. Juarez (Estrella Vera), Adrian Balandran, Ladislao Vera Jr., Rodolfo E. Acosta (Cassandra Acosta), Elytza S. Acosta (Jeremiah J. Alvarez), Noel G. Vera, and numerous Great-Grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride.
She is also survived by her dear sisters: Alma S. Salas and Artemia Salas; Best friend, Sofia Sanchez; along with her beloved niece, Sonia L. Salas, with whom she shared a deep bond and countless memories.
Martha lived a life full of heart and laughter. She found joy in simple pleasures—visiting the casino, playing lotería, spending time with her sister Alma, and traveling to Mexico to connect with her roots and visit family. Her laughter was contagious, her spirit unforgettable, and her love—unconditional.
Her home was always open, her arms always welcoming. She taught us the value of family, the strength of a woman, and the beauty of tradition. Though her presence will be deeply missed, her love will live on in the hearts of everyone she touched.
Preceded In death by son Jaime F. Salas.
