Martha Judith (Flores Regalado) Figueroa

Martha Judith Figueroa (Flores Regalado), age 56 of East Chicago, IN passed away Thursday, January 12, 2023 at home. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Martin Figueroa; 5 children: Roberto J. Figueroa, Dianne J. Figueroa, Allen E. Figueroa, Karen J. Figueroa and Juliana S. Figueroa; 8 grandchildren; 10 siblings: several nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by her parents, Jesus and Evodia Flores; brother, Jesus "Chuy" Flores.

Visitation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN will be from 8:00 am to 11:30 am on Thursday, January 19, 2023 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 noon at St. Mary Church, corner of Indianapolis Blvd. and 144th Street, East Chicago, IN with Rev. Jan Krutewicz officiating.  Burial to follow at St. John Cemetery, Hammond, IN.

Judith was the matriarch of her family.  She had the biggest heart, always caring for her husband, children, grandchildren, sisters and brothers.  She was a woman of many words, and was young at heart.  She loved sharing maniy of her memories and adventures with everyone.  her transparency was admirable.  She loved nature, (especially during the fall season), enjoyed relaxing and venting at her favorite Lake.

Judith loved the CHIVAS and was such a fan. This year;s FIFA World Cup was her entertainment.  She loved to cook, and show off her delicious meals with everyone.  Every recipe would come to her off the top of her head.  She would always be after her two cats.  Her presence was known every single time she was aroung.  She was the life of the party, loved music, dancing and joking around. Judith was larger than life.  FUNNEST GRANDMA, FUNNEST MOM, LOVING WIFE, LOVING SISTER, LOVING DAUGHTER.  Judith will forever be in our hearts.  She has been greeted by her beloved mother, father, and brother in heaven.  To share an online condolence, logon to www.fifefuneralhome.com
