Mary Lou (Allen) Whitbeck

Mary Lou Whitbeck (nee Allen), age 91 of East Chicago, IN passed away Friday, December 2, 2022.  She is survived by 2 children: Lorine (Robert) Halbe and Fred Whitbeck; 2 grandchildren: Tiffany (Rafael) Vazquez and James (Nicole) Trinkle; 4 great grandchildren: Austin Trinkle, Rebecca, Jacqueline and Victoria Vazquez; sister, Jannie (John) Lynn; brother, Albert (Loretta) Allen; sister, Marilyn (Elmer) Plesha; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.  Preceded in death by her husband, Fred Whitbeck; daughter, Christine Trinkle; siblings: Mark, Jeff, Norma Lee, Norma Jean and Don.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 9, 2022 at 9:00 am at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN with Pastor Joey Miranda officiating.  Burial to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN.  Visitation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, December 8, 2022 and from 8:00 am to 9:00 am Friday morning.
