Nicole J.L. Foster (Loya), age 33 of Merrillville, IN formerly of Hammond, IN passed away Monday, September 7, 2026.  She is survived by her daughter, Sofia Foster; mother, Vanessa (John) LeDuc; brother, Joseph LeDuc; maternal grandfather, Marvin Gibson; paternal grandparents, Debra and Tim Coghlan; niece, BrookLynn Foster; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Sofia Gibson; brother, Bradley Foster.

Visitation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, September 14, 2026.  Private cremation to follow.
