Onyx G. Medina, age 20 of East Chicago, IN passed away Saturday, February 4, 2023 at home.  He is survived by his son, Onyx Medina; mother, Rachel Villarreal; father, Jose I. Medina; 4 brothers: Xavier Medina, Wayne Patterson, Jr., Messiah Medina and Dylan Butler; 5 sisters: Veronica Medina, Alyssa Lebron, Mya Lebron, Mariah Medina and Tamesia Medina; grandfather, Scott Percianoff; great grandfather, Harry Percianoff; aunts: Renee, Ashlee, Tamesia and Lamira; uncles: Onyx, Juan, Josef, Patrick and Damien; cousins: Anthony, Chino, Eviona, Ariona, Onyx H., Natalie, Damien, Lizzy, J.R., Jordan, Mya and Hommy; best friends, Jaden and Demarcus.  Preceded in death by his grandmother’s, Donna Long and Veronica Feliciano; uncle, Hommy; aunts, Misty and Monica; best friends, Angel and Marcos.

Visitation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, February 13, 2023 with Funeral Services beginning at 7:00 pm.. Private cremation to follow.
