Rachel P. (Perez) Alvarado

Rachel P. Alvarado, age 86 of Chicago, IL passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2023.  She is mother of 7 children: late Marcos P. Alvarado Jr, Rene (Matilde) Alvarado, Eddie (Blanca Saenz) Alvarado, Gracie Alvarado, Ronnie (Veronica) Alvarado, Beatrice (Kevin) King and Leticia (Paz) Aguero; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings: Baldemar (Estella) Perez, Olga (Robert) Flores, late Lydia (Samuel) Basurto, Gloria (late Chano) Zamora, Lupita (Monico) Cantu, Samuel (Yolanda) Perez, Hilda (Ray) Lopez, late Elias Perez and late Robert Perez; numerous nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by her parents, Baldomero and Beatriz Perez.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 12:00 noon at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 3200 East 91st Street, Chicago, IL with Rev. Hector Navalo officiating.  Private cremation to follow.  Visitation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, December 4, 2023 and from 11:30 am to 12:00 noon at the Church on Tuesday morning.
