Raquel Haro

Raquel Haro, age 74, of Los Vela, Momax, Zacatecas, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2025. Raquel is survived by 3 daughters:  Blanca (Eustacio) Ruiz, Lucila (Salvador) Sanchez, and Yannet (Victor) Gonzalez; grandchildren:  Aldo, Emilio and Salma Ruiz; Lisbeth and Alonso Sanchez; and Favio and Victoria Gonzalez; siblings:  Teodolo, Samuel, Ernestina, Teresa, Claudio, Artemio, Emerita, Flor, and Jaime Haro.  Preceded in death by her parents:  Jose Haro and Trinidad Haro; and siblings:  Livorio, Agueda, Yolanda, Armando and Camerina Haro.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at St. Mary Church, Indianapolis Boulevard at 144th Street, East Chicago, Indiana with Rev. Julio C. Bedoya officiating.  Burial to follow at St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery, 1015 Greenwood Avenue, Michigan City, Indiana.  Visitation will be on Friday, December 5, 2025 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Boulevard, East Chicago, Indiana; and on Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 10:00 am until the time of the Mass at 11:00 am at St. Mary Church.
