Rosa Maria Martinez

Rosa Maria Martinez, age 81 of East Chicago, IN passed away Sunday, October 31, 2021 in Seagoville, TX.  She will always be remembered as a Loving mother and grandmother to all who knew and loved her.  She was born in Brownsville, TX on September 12, 1940 to Josefina Elizardo and Rosendo Pena.

Rosemary loved and cared for her family.  She was a mother to most, helping raising her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Rosa Maria was very humbe and generous with the little she had, she gave it all.  She enjoyed sewing, arts and crafts, and cooking.  She will be dearly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.

Rosa Maria is survived by her children: Elizabeth Ojeda, Belinda Rodriguez, Cynthia Roman, Melissa Roman, Serafin Roman, Jr. and Rose Mary Zamarron; 102 grandchildren; sisters, Oralia Morales and Veronica Sanchez; brother, Joe Fernandez.
