Sandor Zakarias

Sandor Zakarias,age 95, of Highland, Indiana, passed away Friday, January 31, 2025.  Sandor is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth (Rey) Perez, 4 sons:  Al (Dora) Zakarias, Steve (Kim) Zakarias, Paul Zakarias and Pat (Brigit) Zakarias; numerous grand chiildren and great grandchildren.  Preceded in death by his loving wife, Constance.

In honoring Sandor's wishes, private graveside and burial services were held at St. John Cemetery, Hammond, Indiana.

Sandor was retired from Inland Steel Company where he worked as a mill mechanic and was a proud United States Army Veteran of the Korean War.
