Theodore V. “Ted” Kolivas, age 69 of Hammond, IN passed away Monday, May 28, 2018. He is survived by his wife, Anita Kolivas.
Private services were provided by FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN.
