Conrado V. Cortez

Conrado V. Cortez, age 87 of East Chicago, IN passed away Friday, April 19, 2024 surrounded by his family.  He is survived by children: Reynaldo Garcia, Irma (Raymond) Sustaita, Xavier (Lisa) Garcia, Hector and Roel Cortez; grandchildren: Sara (Jerame) Hicks, Jaime (Melissa) Sustaita, Amanda (Phil) Alexander, Miguel, Cyan, Roel Jr. (Sarah Ashley) and Symone Cortez, and Gabrielle Garcia; great grandchildren: Bianca Sustaita, Jaime and Jacob Sustaita, Andrew and Jacklyn Hicks, Melonie Esperanza Cortez; sisters, Amalia Cortez and Kino  Zambrano; numerous nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by his wife, Esperanza, son, Miguel; brother and sisters.

Visitation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, April 26, 2024.  Deacon Ray Helfen will hold services at 7:15 pm on Friday.
